More hassle than not dealing with Mary Harford. Incompetent and giving incorrect feedback of where the loan process is at. Would not explain the process even after being asked several times. Continued to call me at work even though was asked not to call in work hours – several times. Has completely screwed up my deal with a car dealership as she promised my loan would be ready by Sat 8 May… now it’s not even going to settlement until 1 June!! What a scam of a brokerage. Will not be recommending to anyone. The service (or should I say non-service) has been disgraceful. Very disappointed I thought this would save me time and hassle as your ad states – not the case at all.
