My partner Jade and I are currently in the process of building our first home using BrokerCo as our broker and they have been absolutely amazing so far. This being our first land and house purchase we were very unfamiliar with the process and what’s involved, especially on the paperwork side of things. The whole team at BrokerCo: Matthew, Fran and especially Nicole have been so helpful and understanding. They have answered all our silly questions and been patient with us while we wrap our heads around everything.

Matthew helped us begin the process with our initial consultation and pointed us in the right direction. He explained all the basics to us without over complicating things and got the ball rolling for us.

Fran is always touching base with us to make sure all our documents and forms are in order and everything is being done on time. She is very responsive and will always reply in a timely manner to answer any questions.

Finally, Nicole has been an absolute superstar for us. This last week we reached settlement on the block of land and unfortunately we had pretty poor experiences with our bank and conveyancer being very little help but luckily Nicole was there to pick up the slack and get us over the finish line. We had several delays as a result of very poor communication and effort from our bank to get forms processed in time which lead to us needing a 24hr extension on the day of settlement. My partner and I were both at work during the whole process which left Nicole to organise everything on her own, and that she did. She was on the phone all day for 2 days straight with everyone involved urging them to escalate it and fixing other peoples mistakes all while keeping us calm and updated on what was happening. I am 100% confident that without Nicole we would not have succeeded.

Our experience overall with BrokerCo has just felt so genuine all around, like they actually care about us and want what’s in our best interests. The congratulations phone call and email we got when we reached settlement wasn’t some pre-made speech that everyone gets, it was personal and they genuinely were so happy for us. We are very much looking forward to building our new house on the land and continuing to work with BrokerCo and could not recommend them enough if you are looking for a genuine, hard working, honest broker!
